FAQ
Ask us
Cordless lamp questions
How long does the battery last?
It depends on the model and the brightness. The hours are in each product's specs, and lower brightness always lasts longer.
How do I charge it?
With the USB cable, from any USB charger or port. Charge it fully before the first use.
Is a cordless lamp as bright as a plug-in one?
Cordless lamps give softer, ambient light. For reading or lighting a whole room, a plug-in lamp is the better pick.
Can I use it outdoors?
Only if the product says it is rated for outdoor use. Otherwise keep it indoors or on a covered patio table for the evening.
Not sure which lamp fits your space?
Tell us where it goes, a nightstand, a dining table or a shelf, and we suggest a lamp. We reply within 1–2 business days.
