Installation questions
Do I need an electrician?
For hardwired lights we recommend a licensed electrician, and in some areas it is required. Plug-in and cordless lights need no electrician.
Can I install a pendant on a sloped ceiling?
If the canopy swivels or the specs say "sloped ceiling compatible", yes. If you're not sure, send us your model and a photo.
Is the mounting hardware included?
Yes, every hardwired light ships with its mounting bracket and screws. Bulbs are listed separately in each product's specs.
Stuck halfway through?
Send us a photo of the ceiling box or wiring and the light you're installing. We reply within 1–2 business days. For hardwired lights we still recommend a licensed electrician.
